United Methodist Church in Sherman, Texas was founded in 1867, and
today we are still an active church in the local community.
We strive to make disciples for Jesus Christ who will seek to make a
difference in their own lives and in the lives of others!
You can see our church building to the right, and though we are very
proud of it, we are fully aware that the church is the people of God,
the body of Christ. Just look at our many activities under
the Activities link above, and you can see the many ways the Holy
Spirit is working through us.
